Through one of our contacts, we came across a 64 year-old Kamaal Khan, who lost his job in the pandemic.

He was a worker at manufacturing workshop, and earned hand-to-mouth even before the lockdown.

Being the sole-earner of a family of five, he couldn't sit at home doing nothing. When we approached him, he said he wants to start a small business on 'laari'.

"Pehle bachho ke liye khane ka saaman rakhna hai, phir dhire dhire sabji-fal shuru karunga."- Kamaal Khan

To support his him and his livelihood, InfoAnalytica Foundation helped him with a laari and the first batch of items.

Today, he is successfully managing the cart all by himself.
